This is another fence or wall-making set of two kits produced to help you frame the background of scenes that focus on middle or foreground objects. (See the Modern Architecture Walls Kit 1 Product for a better explanation.)
This kit also contains two kits for of modern materials for architecturally modern fences and walls.
The first kit is for a wooden fence with a walk-through gate. The fence sections in this kit have horizontal standard-width plank sections, topped by 2-inch square lengths that slightly overhang the standard-width planks below. All the honey-beech-colored wood is softly and smoothly sanded in appearence with clear grain. The fasteners for the fence are deliberately "invisible."
The gate for this wooden fence is made of vertical sections of the same wooden pieces, in simple contrast to the horizontal pieces of the fence sections. The gate hardware (hinges, lock plate, latch plate and special-design handle) is black metal and is pre-positioned on the gate, and its two surrounding gate posts.
A black metal and glass lamp design complements the fence design.
The second kit is made of 12-foot high curvilinear sections of square aluminium tubing, each tube of which is slightly rotated in a random direction so that the wall appears to be made of metal "strands."
These fence sections can be used as backdrops, in garden areas as garden sculptures, to mark-off areas of a garden or patio, or to serve as walls. The sinuous curvilinear shapes are especially good for framing plant displays, and they catch early morning and sunset light rays in a visually arresting manner.
There are two kinds of lamp illumination for these fence sections. One is a full-length square tube, the same shape and size of one of the aluminium strands. Lights can be positioned within this tube. One common illumination pattern is to place these lighted tubes at the edges of the fence sections, especially to deliniate walk-through areas. The second "lamp" is a relatively short section of aluminium tube topped by a length of clear glass of the same dimensions. This is a "foot light" positioned wherever desired along the length of fence. It can be used to mark openings in the fence sections, or to illuminate plants or objects placed along the fence.
