Mobile control station is often used in large areas, such as starship hangars, spacious battle bridges, warehouses, manufacturing and assembly halls, the reactor chambers and the like. It is actually a small single-seater with a retractable and swivel chair and array of control elements, used by operator to link into interface of any ship or base system and perform a variety of operations, including diagnostics, calibration, repairs, adjustments and so on. By default, the station is equipped with a motorized trolley and controls such as a computer keyboard, joystick, and more. Thanks its versatility and flexibility it has became popular also among civilians, as small unpretentious personal runabout for back city and suburban areas.
