Retinue Room embodies from the days of swords and shields. This is a large room with tall ceilings and support columns to provide your scene with a lot of space, with three places for outside light to come splashing through you can easily create some very dramatic renders.
The set comes with wall mounted sword and shield and tall hanging banner Props that can be placed throughout the room that adds to the honor and glory from the era it represents. Torches are placed around the perimeter and can be turned on and off. The center of the room has a large opening in the ceiling with bars for light to splash down through providing dramatic shadows on the floor.
The textures were hand crafted inside of Substance Painter to provide realistic renders inside of Daz Studio Iray with good old fashioned hand-painting to add all those little details that make up a successful scene. There are some graffiti maps that can be turned on and off to add to the tension and mystery.
Retinue Room comes with Light sets as well as a whole array of individual lights to bring the room to life. There are also eight Character lights that correspond to each of the eight Camera presets with eight Poses included. Pick a Camera preset, apply the corresponding Pose to your Figure which places the figure root in front of the Camera, now you can apply any figure Pose you want and the figure will stay stay in front of the Camera....then apply the corresponding Character Light with provides dramatic highlighting to the figure.
You can choose any of the provided light sets or go your own path and use hdri maps, the room plays well with these...or use any combination of both!!
