Skies of Gaia is a massive set of 20 different HDRI skies taken from real world locations mixed with pre-rendered terrain. This terrain gives you the perfect foundation for quickly adding characters or plants to when creating your own scenes, or it can provide distant background with lighting for large scale pre-made sets.
Each of the HDRI skies were captured with 17+ exposure values of brightness for accurate lighting. Ranging from brooding cloudy skies to clear sunny days and beyond sunset, you'll find a wide variety of moods to play with. All of the included HDRI maps come with presets for both "Infinite Dome" and "Finite Dome w/ Ground" to help users switch between rendering methods (which can be useful for adjusting to your scene scale or style).
Also included are a set of HDR Utilities intended to make things easier for users to customize settings to their liking. You'll find Interior presets which set the HDRI up with enough light to travel through windows etc into your scene. White Balance and Tone Mapping presets subtly change color and contract to help produce the look you really like. Dome settings quickly change things like visibility and rotation for that perfect shot.
