Lucia from the upcoming (far from) GTA IV, looks based on the trailer and leaks. (Will do her properly when the game finally releases)

For both top to improve quality, I recommend to do dForce from "Star Bone from Memorized Poses: ON" and to improve even further add SubDivision to it (Edit/Object/Geometry/Convert to SubD) also you can add Smoothing Modifier on the same Menu.
Everything comes with 4K high quality textures to enhance your renders.
