Note: This set was updated in January 2023 to include a new file structure with native versions for both Daz Studio and Poser. It now also supports Iray and Superfly Render Engines. In addition, all controls are now listed in main section of the model and over 20 new materials have been added. It is recommended that you delete the older version of this product before installing this update.
The Pixel Downs Starting Gate is designed for the Pixel Downs Racetrack set and can hold up to 14 horses. It has all the features you would expect in a racetrack starting gate such as the stall gates opening, closing and latching as the horses are loaded and all front gates opening at once when the race starts. It has the feature of supporting false starts as well (when a horse breaks through the front gate before the bell). The control box features two useable buttons and the towbar, jack hand crank, the jacks and their feet all work so you can tow away the gate after the race with a tractor (sold separately-Tractor F9N or F Tractor work well).
The materials include many different colorations for the working parts of the starting gate, as well as design changes to the numbering and logo sign.
The Pixel Downs Starting Gate is the perfect add-on to get your horse across the finish line!
This product has separate versions of DAZ Studio and Poser. It supports 3Delight, Iray, Firefly and Superfly render engines.
