Witch Hut Interior is a log hut (clear interior 6.50 x 5.50 m) with an open king-post roof, built complete inside and out: round logs with notched corners, a plank floor, a rubble-stone fireplace with an iron crane, a plank door, a large casement and two leaded windows with opening sashes; outside board-and-batten gables, a shingle roof, a stone chimney, a plinth with an entrance step, an optional ground and a forest all round. The cauldron hangs over the fire with a coloured, bubbling potion; the work table carries an open spellbook, a mortar, candles and herbs; bundles of lavender, sage and rosemary, a herb circle, mushrooms on a string and a lantern hang from hooks in the beams - for witches, herbalists and alchemists, dark cottagecore and fairy-tale stories, Halloween and character portraits.
Open one of six ready scenes - Full Witch Hut, Clean Rustic Hut (without herbs and witchcraft props), Herbalist Hut, Witchcraft Setup, Witch Night (with smoke, steam and moon-shaft haze) and Fireplace Only - or combine the eight sets yourself: Hut Shell, Furniture, Textiles, Hearth, Household Decor, Herbal Decor, Witchcraft Decor and Atmosphere all load in place. Every piece is also a separate prop: 144 in all, from the work table, bed with a straw mattress, iron-bound chest, bookshelves, cabinet and wall shelves to the cauldron, fire with three flame sizes, fireplace tools and firewood, spellbooks and books, 16 bottles and flasks, 11 crystals, candles and lanterns with flames, dried herbs and hanging bundles, baskets, charms, skulls and antler, a black cat statue, a besom broom, plants, bowls and mugs.
Light the hut with a double-click: Warm Fireplace (the fire alone), Candlelight (22 candle and lantern flames, each with its own light), Moonlight (a cold moon through the back windows), Witch Night (fire, candles, moon and a glowing potion) and Daylight. Each preset sets the fire, flames, embers, potion glow, forest view, the preset lights in the scene and the Iray exposure. Change the wall logs (Rustic, Dark or Weathered Wood), the floor (Worn Dark Wood, Clean Rustic, Old and Dirty), the furniture wood (Warm Brown, Dark Walnut, Old Gray Wood), the blanket and runner (Burgundy, Forest Green, Dark Purple), the curtains (Dark Green, Burgundy, Dark Blue), the spellbook pages (Occult, Botanical, Alchemy, Plain), the potion (Green, Purple, Amber, Blood Red) and the forest outside (Forest Night, Full Moon, Foggy Forest, Cloudy Night, Day Forest) with one-click scripts or ordinary material presets.
The door, the window sashes, the chest lid and the cabinet doors and drawer open from Parameters. Visibility scripts hide any wall, the roof or the roof frame for views from outside. Sixteen cameras are included - wide views, the fireplace, the sleeping corner, the shelves, close-ups of the cauldron and the spellbook, and standing and seated framings for Genesis figures. Repeated props are DAZ node instances, which keeps memory use and Iray load down.

Dimensions and geometry
Clear interior 6.50 x 5.50 m (35.75 m2), log walls with plates 2.40 m high, ridge beam 3.67 m above the floor; work table 1.80 x 0.90 m. A ready scene has 617,000 - 1,107,000 facets in DAZ Studio (most of them in the cloth-simulated textiles, the fur, the firewood and the decoration); instanced copies are not counted again. Texture files total about 1.04 GB for all variants; a scene loads only the maps of its current look.
Compatibility and notes
Tested in DAZ Studio 4.24 and DAZ Studio 6 on Windows with NVIDIA Iray, installed from the package into a registered content library. No figure, plugin or other product is required. The one-click presets are plain DAZ Script (.dsa) files and only change nodes that belong to this product.
The scenes and lighting presets set the Iray exposure and tone mapping and switch the environment to Scene Only, so loading one changes your render settings. Fire- and candle-lit scenes need longer render times to clear noise; the Iray denoiser helps.
All interior images are renders of the supplied scenes in DAZ Studio 6 / Iray, lit only by the included lighting presets - no presentation lights were added; the exterior images use DAZ Studio's built-in Iray Sun-Sky environment. The store images use their own 4:3 cameras and the Iray denoiser. Figures are not included. The small set and prop tiles are the product's Content Library icons.
Smart Content metadata is included and structurally validated. The product is available through Content Library without it.
Installation
The product comes as three ZIP files (Part 1: scenes, sets, props, presets, scripts and the colour maps; Part 2 and Part 3: the normal maps) - install all three. Merge their Environments, Runtime and Documentation folders into a registered DAZ content library. Find the product in Environments > AuraVix_Studio > Witch Hut Interior.
