The stocking is custom made trying to get it close to the game, and the Shorts version is to imitate the "Pact of Stars and Moon" outfit but it's not that outfit.

Skyward Atlas is consider "best in slot" weapon for Mona and is included as a prop, with bones to open the book, also a material setting to hide the book spine (for when you open the book)
