Your favorite character will love a relaxing holiday in this luxury exotic apartment.
It is a complete scene for some great exotic renders. It comes with a complete set of furniture props. These
are all separate items which can be used in other scenes too. The villa can be placed in the included water
scenery, but will look just as good in a jungle or a swamp.

There are light presets for every room, and a sunlight preset. For every preset is a choice of 3 quality
settings, normal, high quality and extra high quality.
-The normal lights will produce sharp shadows which are less realistic but will reduce the render times.
-The high quality lights (HQ) will produce a nice realistic shadow blur, but longer render times.
-The extra high quality (XHQ) lights have a realistic shadow blur and ambient occlusion for small shadows
around the edges of geometry, very realistic but long render times. This option uses a lot of RAM memory.
