UHD Fur Builder - Shaders and Merchant Resource

UHD Fur Builder is a set of special scripted shaders which mimic real-world "fur" without heavy-hitting displacement or fiber mesh.

Included are 30 different base fur textures ranging from long and wavy to short and curly. Each of these load in multiple layers to create extra depth. When paired with the layer offset options these extra layers can realistically represent hair growth.

The 30 options included for color apply over any of the 30 fur bases to create numerous combinations. There are 10 gradient mixes which are great for color natural variation. Another 10 options for faux fur which represent real-world animals of different types. An additional 10 fantasy options are perfect for things like stuffed animals.

If you want solid colors to create some dyed fur materials, any of the 59 included solid presets can be used. The numerous brightness, hue and saturation variations are great for clothing and upholstery

From here you can load options for finishing touches and near-endless possibilities. Finishing presets let you further customize your shader with gloss/translucency options, diffuse / detail tiling, root darkening, hair softness, and layering offset.
