I'm still making my props to decorate the classroom I'm working on, and the item of the moment is a table projector.
It's an essential item, don't you think?
It can also be used to decorate offices, meeting rooms, or even living rooms.
It's a portable, small piece that can fit on any bookshelf or table in your setting.
I added extravagant details throughout the object, to try to have a very realistic piece.
The entire front and back are well detailed, with USB, HDMI, and more.
The lens has a realistic texture and I also added several air vents, as we see on real pieces.
At the top of the object I added a panel with buttons to operate the device and also a fitting for the lens protector.
At the bottom I placed 4 rubber feet, and detailed the texture with screws and plastic fittings.
I applied the texture manually, in every detail, painting from the housing to the inside of the USB ports to try to give as much realism as possible.
And to take advantage of all the detail, I made all the texture maps in 4k.
Despite this, I managed to compress all the pieces into a single UV, which made the piece quite optimized in terms of size and rendering time, despite the amount of geometry involved and texture detail.
Everything was done in Blender and Texturing was done in Substance Painter. I made the test renders in DAZ Studio version 4.22.
